Ginger Berry Dip

Serves: 20

Ingredients:

1 cup nonfat mayonnaise
1 cup nonfat sour cream
1/2 cup V8 V-Fusion® Strawberry Banana Juice
2 tsp. grated fresh ginger root
4 cups fresh vegetables (baby carrots, sliced red peppers, sliced cucumbers)

Directions:

Stir the mayonnaise, sour cream, juice and ginger root in a medium bowl. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour or until ready to serve. Serve with the vegetables.
